Boot Camp
This four week, total body workout will tone, condition and strengthen your heart and muscles. It’s a cross-training program that incorporates a variety of fitness activities, keeps you moving from one exercise to another with no rest, increases agility, and burns a ton of calories. Perfect for those who want to stay in shape and are looking for a gym alternative, it’s a fun and challenging experience for all.

November 15 - December 10, 2010
When: Monday, Wednesday, & Friday, 6 -7 AM
Locations: Ala Moana Beach Park (Mon & Fri)
Kapiolani Park, near tennis courts (Wed)
Cost: $150, plus tax
